Privacy Policy
1. Data we collect
We collect account identifiers from Clerk (such as email, name, and user ID), Minecraft server IDs and metadata, connection logs required to deliver the dashboard, and usage telemetry in aggregate to improve product stability. Inventory snapshots remain tied to your own storage and are not shared with third parties.
2. How we use data
We authenticate dashboard sessions, deliver live console and snapshots you enable, improve reliability through anonymized performance metrics, and comply with legal requirements while protecting the service from abuse.
3. Retention & deletion
Inventory snapshots and logs are retained based on your plan and rotation settings. Account data stored by Clerk can be deleted via your account settings or by contacting support. We remove server-side telemetry every 90 days.
4. Sharing & subprocessors
We rely on trusted providers for authentication, hosting, and analytics. Data is never sold. Limited information may be shared with subprocessors to provide the service under contractual safeguards.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. For European users, you may also object to processing or request portability under GDPR. Contact privacy@easymcadmin.com to start a request.
